Aubergine is an intimate space, with high ceilings, beautiful lights and simple, elegant decor which allows the product of creative and interesting food to shine.

The food style is contemporary, however, there is always a classic background to our ideas.

The kitchen is supplied by local farmers and benchmark suppliers that understand that rather than supplying what is required by the restaurant, the producers tell them what produce is at its best on the day. In turn, that means that the menu is updated daily.

The wine list has won numerous awards and has over 500 labels of interesting and classic wines. It shows the same philosophy of using local and smaller growers that produce interesting wines for us to get excited about.

Aubergine is available for exclusive hire for parties, functions, and events of up to 55 people for lunch and dinner.

Located just outside Canberra City, Aubergine is easily accessed by car and there is plenty of par parking available both on-site and in the surrounding streets.
