The venue is available to be hired privately and can hold up to 700 cocktail style and 350 for a sit-down dinner. If you are looking for more intimate spaces Encore can be divided into several smaller rooms including the Bay View Room with suits 300 stand up and 150 seated, The Garden Room, 180 Standing and 140 seated, The Bay Room 150 standing and 70 seated and The Promenade Room, 120 standing and 70 seated. Encore also offers a unique rooftop which can handle 300 for a cocktail style event and 600 as an exhibition space and has 180 degree, waterfront views across the bay.

Photo opportunities are in abundance with the venue being located right on the St Kilda foreshore and within close proximity to Catani Gardens, the Historic St Kilda Pier Kiosk, Espy Hotel, Palais Theatre, and Luna Park.

The Sea Baths offers a substantial car park if traveling to the venue by car or bus as well as being easily accessible by tram which stops on The Esplanade just a stone’s throw from the venue’s front door.
