First built in the 1880’s and home to the Kew Post Office, this historic and iconic building was extensively renovated in 1995 to transform into a restaurant with two functions today, know as QPO.
All of the charming features of yesteryear still remain, blended with the contemporary architecture of today, to create two ideal function space options to celebrate both social or corporate events.
The Q-Room is best suited to sit-down groups of between 20 to 50 people, and up to 90 guests for a canapés style event.
Stamps has a much larger capacity, and comes complete with its own private bar and can accommodate seated groups of between 40 and 110 guests and up to 110 for cocktail parties.
As far as venues in Melbourne’s East go, QPO is one of the more flexible options and is great for milestone birthday parties, engagements, private dinners or weddings.
For corporates, both spaces are fitted with full AV facilities and being that QPO is located only 15 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, it’s the ideal venue for your next business presentation or event.

Getting to QPO is simple. By Public Transport, take your pick with numerous Trams to Kew Junction. There’s plenty of car parking, then it’s taxi or Uber.
